30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email us at auvellan@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's been issued.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? We make exchanges easy. Just note the desired replacement when starting your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, gift cards, and personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
